Mozaic Adult Family Living ensures adults receive safe, comfortable care while providing financial support to their primary caregiver.

If you provide care for someone at home, you may receive tax-free payments and nurse care coaching. To be eligible, care recipients must:

Be age 18+
Need daily help with personal care
Live in same household as caregiver (can be unrelated; spouses ineligible)
Be eligible for Medicaid (Title 19)

Stipend payments may be as much as $2,768 a month, tax-free and paid on a weekly basis.
Mozaic Adult Family Living uniquely offers paid vacation days.

By choosing Mozaic Adult Family Living, which is part of a continuum of services, households have access to free supplies, such as hospital grade mattresses, mobility devices, medical equipment and incontinence care supplies.

Mozaic Adult Family Living has Spanish-speaking staff, and can support the many other languages our clients speak using translators.

Living together allows adults to share assistance, share expenses and share life.
