Plans Options and Fees

 

Fees vary based on your age (at the time you join) and the plan level at which you join. There is a one-time membership fee and a monthly fee. Fees are also discounted for couples and households, including those who are living together.

 

Additionally, a significant portion of the fees paid can be considered as pre-paid medical care, which may be deductible on your federal income taxes.
